This is a good example of a bad repair. A hole was cut on the inside of the tank and the dent hammered out, but it was hammered out too much causing high spots. It was then painted with a incorrect shade of orange and the hole was welded up. I had to reshape the dent back in and fill the damage smooth before the 3 colour top coats could be applied.
