The customer was not having much luck with the durability of race nose fairings. The light holes were filled in still keeping some of the light shape and the white number board was painted on.

The original side panels for this 1978 bike were beyond repair as the plastic was very brittle. After an engine up-grade, a slightly different shape was needed so a pair of similar sized and shaped second-hand ones were adapted.
